2) Hydration Table
There will be approximately 17 two-a-day practices between August 1-18. Athletes are required to have a 'dead-period' between morning and late-morning sessions and we are asked to provide them with a snack at the end of the morning session. It's essential to provide them with a cold drink, a piece of fruit and a carb so they can recover and power through the next session. Parents will be needed to contribute both their time and resources to feed the athletes.
Final week of pre-season: Only need is fruit or funds to purchase fruit. Please signup or contact Mrs. Miles if you can assist.
