Hayfield Football Family,

Please plan to celebrate the 2017 season by attending the Annual Football Banquet for Varsity, JV, and Freshmen players, managers, coaches, and their families.

RSVP Required: Sign up by visiting www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0448a4ab238-hayfield4. Include the player name, total # attending (including player in the count), and payment method (e.g. Tom Brady, 3 total, paid via cash). Even if you've already paid, please RSVP.

Location: Franconia Moose Lodge (7701 Beulah St). Please enter the building from the side door on the left of the banquet hall.

Date: Saturday, February 17

Time: 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 12:45 PM so we can begin on time at 1:00 PM.

Cost:

• Advanced registration: $15 per person (if paying on or before February 9)
• Late registration: $20 per person (if paying on or after February 10)**

**Limited seating available. Admittance not guaranteed with late registration or if paying at the door.

Hayfield Secondary will be holding a Fall Sports Picnic on Friday, August 18 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

This event is for both players and their families. Please plan to attend this fun event.

Tentative schedule of events:
6:00 p.m. Picnic begins
6:10 p.m. Hayfield band performs in the stadium
6:45 p.m. Senior football parents meet near the snack bar to discuss Senior Night
                  Tours will be available of the concession stand to prepare for another season of volunteering
                  in the concession stand.

Each football athlete and their families are asked to bring the following to the picnic based on class:

• Seniors: 8 Hamburgers (Frozen / Pre-made) and 8 Hamburger Buns
• Juniors: 8 Hamburgers (Frozen / Pre-made) and 8 Hamburger Buns
• Sophomores: 8 All-beef Hot Dogs and 8 Hot Dog Buns
• Freshmen: 8 All-beef Hot Dogs and 8 Hot Dog Buns

Other fall sports teams are responsible for bringing other needed items.

Parent volunteers are also needed for the following duties:

• 5 parents to help set up at 5:00 p.m.
• 5 parents to help clean up at 7:45 p.m.
